  4. Electronic approval of this Agreement and payment of the price are required for the delivery of the product subject to the contract. If the product price is not paid for any reason, or is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed to be released from the obligation of delivery of the product.
  5. After delivery, in the event that the BUYER's credit card is used unlawfully or improperly by unauthorised persons for reasons outside the fault of the BUYER, and the related bank or financial institution does not pay the price of the product to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product delivered to them within 3 (three) business days to the SELLER. ARTICLE 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract at any date from the conclusion of the Contract until the delivery of the goods, or within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification, by rejecting the goods.

It is sufficient for the Buyer to send a notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal within this period to the SELLER via a durable data carrier (e-mail, etc.) or by using the withdrawal form available on the Platform.

After the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the SELLER is obliged to refund all payments made by the Buyer within the latest 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the SELLER, in a manner suitable for the means of payment used by the Buyer.

If the Buyer does not use the goods in accordance with their operation, technical specifications, and usage instructions during the withdrawal period, they are responsible for any changes and damages that occur.

In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, if the Buyer sends the return shipment using the carrier and shipment code notified by the SELLER, no return shipping fee shall be charged to the Buyer. For shipments made with a different carrier or without using the shipment code, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the Buyer. The product must be sent to the return address indicated by the SELLER, in its original packaging, undamaged and without any defects.

  • Patches and emblems produced with a design, logo or image uploaded by the BUYER
  • Patches and emblems designed and produced for the BUYER via PatchStudio
  • Products containing personalisation such as a name, text, rank or unit name
  • Bulk and corporate orders produced specially at the BUYER's request with a chosen size, colour or backing option

7.2 Ready-Made Design Products

For ready-made design products offered for sale on the Platform that contain no personalisation, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery. Products that have been sewn, ironed or stuck onto a surface, or otherwise used, cannot be returned. The Return Policy applies to the conditions and procedure.

By approving the Contract, the BUYER is deemed to have declared that they were clearly informed, before completing the order, that custom-made products are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal, and that they accept this. The BUYER's statutory rights regarding defective products are reserved.

ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY

  1. THE SELLER; shall deliver the product subject to the contract at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the moment the ORDER and payment processes prepared by the BUYER are completed. Products are shipped within the periods specified on the Platform based on their nature; custom-made products are shipped after their production period is completed. For detailed information, please refer to our Delivery Information page.
  2. In international deliveries, the delivery period may be extended due to customs processes, inspections, and internal cargo procedures of the target country. These processes are outside the control of the SELLER.
  3. Delivery is made through our contracted cargo companies. Delays, damages or losses caused by the cargo company cannot be directly attributed to the SELLER; however, the provisions of the Return Policy shall apply to protect the rights of the BUYER.
  4. THE BUYER is responsible for checking the package at the time of receipt; in cases of damage, deficiency, deformation or similar circumstances, the BUYER is obliged to refuse to accept the package and have an official report prepared by the cargo officer. Obvious defects should be reported to the SELLER within a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) hours from the delivery date.
  5. Any additional cargo charges and other damages resulting from the BUYER providing incorrect or incomplete address, being unreachable at the time of delivery, or refusing the package without cause shall be borne by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 9 — DEFECTIVE GOODS

According to Articles 8 to 12 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, in case it is understood that the goods are defective, the BUYER has the right to;

  • Withdraw from the contract,
  • Request the replacement of the sold item with a non-defective equivalent,
  • Request a discount on the sale price in proportion to the defect,
  • Request free repair

and may exercise any of these rights at their discretion.

In case the right chosen by the BUYER is deemed necessary by the SELLER, the usage life of the sold goods, the benefit expected by the BUYER from the transaction, the value of the goods, and other circumstances may be taken into account. The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product delivered to them within a reasonable time, as required by the nature of the product, and to report any defects to the SELLER. Obvious defects must be reported within 24 hours, while hidden defects should be reported within a reasonable time.

THE SELLER shall apply the appropriate method of sending a new defective product or refunding the payment. In this case, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the SELLER.

  1. The BUYER makes the payment by selecting one of the payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery — where applicable) presented to them on the Platform during the order process.

  3. In cases where payment cannot be processed due to technical reasons or the bank refuses the transaction, the SELLER has the right to not confirm the order.
  4. For payments made by bank transfer/EFT, the order is processed upon the transfer of the order amount to the SELLER's account. If payment is not made within a specific period, the order may be automatically cancelled.

ARTICLE 11 — INVOICE

The SELLER issues an e-Archive Invoice or where necessary an e-Invoice in compliance with the legal regulations regarding the sale. The invoice is sent to the BUYER electronically and can also be sent physically along with the product. The address provided by the BUYER on the Platform is taken as the invoice address.

As long as the force majeure circumstances continue, the parties' obligations are suspended; if the situation lasts longer than 30 (thirty) days, each party has the right to terminate the Agreement through mutual discussion. In this case, the amount paid by the BUYER is refunded; no other compensation can be claimed.
