2. Quantity and Price
The price decreases according to the quantity, and the tiers are applied automatically; there is no need for negotiation or waiting for a quote. The figures below are for 9 cm size. The unit price decreases slightly for smaller sizes.
Velcro badge
The male side of the velcro is on the back; it attaches to the female velcro band sewn onto the vest or bag and can be removed when desired.

Non-velcro badge
The back side is transfer printed; it is either sewn directly or applied with an iron. It is preferred for uniforms and work clothes where removal and attachment are not necessary, and the unit cost is significantly lower.

Note: The discount of the lower tier applies for intermediate quantities; for instance, in a quantity that falls between two tiers, the rate of the lower tier is applied. You can always see the current price on the order screen as soon as you select the quantity and size.
3. Which badge is suitable for which job
In corporate orders, the choice boils down to three questions: is the garment washed, will the badge be removed, and how heavy is the usage.

This is the difference from embroidered badges: embroidery gives a classic fabric texture but cannot carry fine details and colour transitions. In TPU printing, the fine lines, gradient colours, and small texts of your logo come out as they are. Since corporate logos usually carry these details, TPU provides a more accurate result.
4. How to choose the size

The size refers to the longest side of the badge. If your logo is wider, this side is the width; if it's taller, this side is the height. If you're unsure, send your design, and let’s determine the correct size together.
5. Ordering process
There are two paths for corporate orders. If your quantity is up to 1000 pieces and the size falls within standard ranges, you can place an order directly from the site. If special size, custom shape, high quantity, or corporate invoice and deferred payment are needed, it would be more appropriate to write via the contact form.

6. How should the design file be?
- Best as vector file: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF containing a vector. These files won't lose quality when resized.
- If no vector: a clean PNG with at least 1000 pixels in width will also work. Screenshots or small images downloaded from social media will scatter when printed.
- Contour: Indicate where the badge edge should be cut. If not specified, we will apply a cut following the outer contour of the logo.
- Fine lines and small texts: Lines as thin as a hair will disappear in a 5 cm badge. If text cannot be read when reduced, it will not be readable in production; in this case, we recommend a simplified version of the logo.
- Colour: If you have corporate colour codes (Pantone or CMYK), please share them, we will use the closest match possible in print.
7. Payment and invoice
Credit card and bank transfer/EFT options are available for orders placed on the site. For a corporate invoice, simply enter your company name, tax office, and tax number during ordering. If your organisation requires a quotation and order form for high-volume jobs, please write through the contact form, and we will prepare and send the official quotation.
8. Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum quantity we can order?
The minimum production quantity for your own design is 10. Below this, it is not possible in terms of production moulds.
Can we see a sample?
We share the digital visual of the design prior to production and obtain your approval. If you have a request for a physical sample, please inform us through the contact form, and the quantity and delivery time will be planned accordingly.
Will the badges get damaged when washed?
TPU material is resistant to normal machine washing. It is recommended to avoid high temperatures and bleach and not to keep it in the dryer for an extended period.
Can different badges for different departments be included in the same order?
Yes. Each design is added as its own item and the discount tier applies according to the quantity of each design. Consolidating the total quantity into a single design significantly reduces the unit price.
Do we need to resend the design when reordering?
No, it is not necessary. Designs we have produced before are on record; stating your order number is sufficient.
Is the delivery time guaranteed?
The production time is 3 business days and starts after the payment confirmation. The shipping company's delivery time is added to this. If you have a job that needs to be completed by a specific date, please write before placing the order, and we will plan it accordingly.
