2. How to apply to the uniform
There are three ways to apply on the school uniform, and the choice depends on whether the badge will be removable or not.

The most common choice for school uniforms is the hook and loop-free badge: both its unit cost is significantly lower, and it lies flat on the uniform.
3. Washing and durability
School uniforms are washed several times a week throughout the academic year. The embroidered badge may become dull over time in this cycle and may start to fray at the edges. The surface of the TPU badge is closed; it does not absorb water, does not fade, and maintains its shape.
The only requirement for maintenance is to avoid high temperatures and bleach and not to leave it in the dryer for long periods.

The size refers to the longest edge of the badge. In the small age group, since the uniform itself is small, 5–6 cm usually appears more balanced.
5. Quantity planning
The most common mistake in school orders is to order exactly the number of available pieces. It is essential to leave some margin for students who may be lost, worn out, or join the school later in the year.
Practical rule: add ten percent extra to the current number. It is possible to place a second order, but that order also needs to be at least 10 pieces and will require a separate production time; ordering all at once is both cheaper and faster.
6. Season calendar
Demand for school badges peaks between June and August. When ordered in September, the production and shipping time corresponds to the first weeks of the academic year.
Planning badges during the period when uniforms are going to print is the easiest way. If you send your design ahead of the season, we will check its suitability for production, suggest corrections if necessary, and schedule the order for production at the right time.
7. Price
The most preferred unit price for the hook and loop-free badge for school uniforms: $3.61 for 10 pieces, {{birim_cirtsiz_50}} for 50 pieces, $1.81 for 100 pieces, $1.26 for 500 pieces. The prices include VAT.

8. Frequently asked questions
Our school has a logo, but the file is old and low resolution, what should we do?
Send us whatever you have. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or vector-containing PDF) is best; otherwise, a clear image at least 1000 pixels wide will also suffice. If your file is inadequate, we will reach out to you before proceeding with production.
Can we make different colours for each class?
You can, but each colour counts as a separate design, and the discount operates according to the quantity of each design. Collecting in a single design significantly reduces the unit price.
Will an iron-on badge come off in washing?
No, if applied correctly. It is essential to turn off the steam feature of the iron during application and to place a thin cotton cloth over the badge. For frequently washed uniforms, stitching at the edges can provide extra assurance.
Can we have a small number of special badges made for graduation?
A minimum of 10 pieces is required. If the number of graduates is below this, combining the year badge with the class or club badge in the same order is the most practical solution.
Can the invoice be issued in the name of the school?
Yes, it can. You just need to enter the institution title, tax office, and tax number details during the order.
