Unit and Team Badges
We produce insignia for unions, teams, and task groups. The production is specific to the institution and unit: we receive the order from an authorised person from that unit and produce the approved design. We do not put official institution emblems up for public sale.
1. Our working framework
We prefer to clarify how we work in this area from the outset, as misunderstandings can cause problems for both parties.
- Orders are placed on behalf of a unit. We confirm that the order is placed on behalf of the relevant unit or team.
- The design belongs to you. We do not sell the insignia we produce in the catalogue, nor do we use them in other orders.
- No public sales. We do not publish official institution and union emblems as product pages, nor do we produce for individual requests.
- We do not provide legal opinions. The permission and suitability assessment regarding the use of an emblem is the responsibility of your institution.
2. Typical insignia set

Since the quantity discount operates according to each design's own quantity, collecting the union insignia that is the same for everyone into one item significantly reduces the overall cost.
3. Why are they produced with Velcro
Almost all orders in this area are Velcro. The panels on the equipment already operate with Velcro; when the task or period changes, the insignia changes, and when personnel changes, the name tag is renewed. Changing one piece instead of changing the entire uniform is both quick and economical.
For pieces that will remain fixed and will never be removed, the non-Velcro option is more suitable and significantly cheaper; it is sewn directly with a transfer-printed back.
4. Material and durability

Note: the insignia we produce do not carry reflective or infrared features. If these features are required, the correct material is different.
5. Considerations on the design side
- Preference for low visibility. For insignia that should not draw attention in the field, low-contrast, monochromatic arrangements are preferred. Since tonal differences are clear in TPU printing, this style also yields clean results.
- Readability from a distance. In cases where the opposite is necessary, strong contrast and minimal elements are essential; details can get lost from afar.
- Fine line limit. Lines as thin as a hair disappear in printing on a 7 cm insignia. Text that is unreadable in a reduced form will also be unreadable in production.
- Contouring. Cuts that follow the exterior outline of the design are possible, just like shield, round, and hexagonal shapes.
6. Price
The following table is for a 9 cm Velcro insignia; prices include VAT and are produced at current prices. The discount decreases to %65 as the quantity increases.

7. Frequently asked questions
Can I order a union insignia individually?
No. Production in this area is specific to the institution and unit; we confirm that the order is placed on behalf of the unit.
Is our design kept on file?
Yes, you do not need to resend the file for repeat orders. It is sufficient to specify the order number. Your design is only used in your orders.
Can there be a union insignia, name tag, and blood group stripe in the same order?
Yes. Each is added as a separate item; the discount operates according to the quantity of each item.
Can we produce the task insignia in small numbers?
A minimum of 10 units is required. If the team is below this, combining the task insignia with the union insignia in the same order is the most practical option.
What is the delivery time?
Production takes 3 business days after payment is approved, followed by shipping. Shipping costs $7.78; orders of $80.56 and above ship free.
