PatchStudio Extension Privacy Policy
The PatchStudio extension only acts when you ask it to. The image you right-click or the text you select is sent to unlimitedpatch.com to design a patch. The extension does not watch your browsing, contains no ad networks and does not track you.
1. Scope
This notice explains how the PatchStudio – Unlimited Patch Chrome extension, published by Unlimited Digital - Hakan Coşkun, processes personal data. The extension is the in-browser interface of the PatchStudio service on unlimitedpatch.com; the website's general Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice also apply to everything you do through the extension.
2. What the Extension Does
- Toolbar window: you describe your patch and optionally add a reference image; the design is generated with AI and shown in the same window. From there you can order, download or delete the design.
- Right-click menu: right-click any image on any page and choose "design a patch from this image" to use it as a reference; right-click selected text to place it in the brief box.
- Background tracking: if you started a design, the extension checks every half minute whether it is finished and shows a small mark on the extension icon when it is.

The extension keeps only the following in your browser's local storage: the category list (cached for 24 hours), the category you last picked, and the number and brief of the design in progress. Your unsent draft (brief text, selected text you sent via the menu, the path of the reference file) is kept in browser session memory until the browser closes. All of this is removed when you uninstall the extension.
4. Permissions Requested
- Access to unlimitedpatch.com: to send design requests and receive results. The extension exchanges data with no other site.
- Context menus (contextMenus): for the menu items on images and selected text.
- Storage (storage): for the category cache and the number of the design in progress.
- Alarms (alarms): a status check every half minute so the icon can show a mark when your design is ready.
The extension does not read the content of the pages you visit, injects no scripts into pages, and cannot see your tabs, history or bookmarks.
5. Where Data Goes
All data goes only to unlimitedpatch.com servers. To generate the design, the brief and the reference image are passed to our AI image generation provider (OpenAI), which processes them under its own terms and does not use them to train models. The verification code is delivered through our email infrastructure provider. Your data is never sold or shared with ad networks, data brokers or any other third party.
6. Retention
- Generated designs and reference images: for the life of the service. The "Delete" button in the extension removes a design from your account and from the showcase; the production record and files remain on the server, and you can request full erasure by email. Reference images are kept on the server even if they are never used in a design; the same request applies to them.
- Email address and the IP record stored with it: for as long as you use the service; removed on your deletion request.
- Verification code: 15 minutes.
- Device cookie: 1 year.
- Server access logs (IP): at most 90 days.
7. What We Do Not Collect
The extension does not collect browsing history, pages visited, form contents, passwords, payment details, location, contacts or device identifiers. It contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Images and text are sent only when you explicitly choose the menu item or press "Design".
8. Your Rights
Under the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing and to data portability. Send requests to destek@unlimitedpatch.com. To delete your designs and email record, simply state the address you used for email verification.
9. Changes
When this notice is updated, the new version is published on this page and the date above is changed. Significant changes are also announced on the extension's store page.
