Tracked shipping to all 81 provinces of Türkiye. Shipping costs $7.78; orders of $80.56 and above ship free. Shipping time depends on the courier; within Türkiye it usually takes 1-3 business days. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
International
International shipping to 95 countries. Shipping fee $16.67, free for orders of $166.67 or more; estimated 7 business days. Customs duties and import fees are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
Once dispatched, the tracking number appears on the order tracking page and the courier notifies you by SMS. No exact delivery day can be guaranteed for delays caused by the courier.

Returns & Cancellation

  • You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery: the product must be unused, not sewn or ironed on, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free when you use the courier and shipment code we provide; refunds go back to the same payment method within 14 days.
  • You can cancel your order free of charge before it enters production.
  • Check a damaged package together with the courier, have a damage report drawn up, and inform us the same day.
